TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Orders

Orders can be made in the following ways:

• Online using the shopping basket using a Mastercard, Visa or Switch card via our secure server.

• By post enclosing Mastercard or Visa details - card number, expiry date, name and address of cardholder if delivery address is different to the cardholders address. Postal customers can also pay by cheque or postal order made payable to Carlsons Fishing Tackle (UK customers only). Customers from outside the UK can pay by International Money Order in Pounds Sterling.

• By telephone or fax.

If you need any advice before purchasing then please telephone, fax or e-mail us and we will do our utmost to help you.

Please remember to give your full name and address to ensure there is no delay in dispatching the goods. This must be the same as the cardholder for security reasons.

2. Prices

All prices shown are net of Value Added Tax currently at 17.5%. For customers in the UK and EC Countries the VAT will be added on at the end of the order and you will be able to see the total amount by using the shopping basket.

3. Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch goods on the day the order is received. If any particular item is temporarily out of stock we will place it on back order and send it on to you  as soon as it is received unless you notify us that you no longer want the item.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be added to the goods total at a standard rate of £5.00 unless the order is for flies and to which there will be no charge.

If you are ordering from abroad please contact us via email and we will confirm the shipping cost.

5. Taxes

The customer is responsible for payment of any local taxes or duties levied.

7. Confidentiality

We will keep your information on file for our records and may from time to time inform you of any special promotions etc which we are doing. No information supplied to us will be forwarded to any third party.
